I've spent the last 25 years in operations leadership across a wide range of industries — from manufacturing and food production to healthcare, logistics, supply chain, and e-commerce retail. I've run fulfillment centers, orchestrated complex multi-site operations throughout the United States and Canada, and scaled operations for companies at every growth stage — from early startups through rapid expansion at $10M–$50M+ revenue levels and well beyond.
