Information You Provide
We collect information you submit through the Executive Margin Review, Hidden Profit Leak Assessment, website chat, email, or phone. This may include your name, work email, company, role, company website, operating profile, assessment answers, and the content of your messages.
Website and Visit Information
When a visitor is engaged on the site, we may collect the page visited, referring page, campaign parameters, session page count, timestamp, and approximate city, region, and country derived by our hosting provider. The engaged-visit alert does not intentionally include your IP address. Standard server logs may be retained by the hosting provider for security and operations.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate engagement fit, provide assessment results, operate the website and chat, improve content and services, detect abuse, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
AI-Assisted Chat
The website chat may use an artificial-intelligence service to answer questions about Forward Margin. Your conversation and basic company context may be processed by Netlify and the configured model provider to generate a response. Your work email is captured for follow-up and notification but is not intentionally included in the model prompt. Do not submit confidential financial data, personal employee data, credentials, or trade secrets through the public chat.
Service Providers
We use service providers to host the website, process forms, deliver chat responses, schedule meetings, and support communications. These providers may process information under their own contractual and privacy terms. The current website uses Netlify for hosting and forms and may use Calendly for scheduling.
Retention and Security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, business records, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. No internet system is completely secure, but reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect submitted information.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. You may also ask not to receive further business communications.
